We work directly with you to review underwriting assumptions, financial modeling and market analysis to ensure we understand each transaction and the appropriate investor and/or lender for the project. Once capital providers have been identified and selected, our job is not done. We act as an advisor throughout the closing process until all funding is secured for your project.
