National Firm Hires Local Multifamily Expert David Ferber

Ferber specializes in multifamily and mixed-use investment sales in Hudson County/Northern New Jersey, with a further focus across the greater New York metropolitan area.

Since 2019, David has sold 650+ units totaling over $150M in transaction volume. David currently has over 1,100+ units listed across 15 multifamily deals and $200M+ in volume throughout the market. Previously at Marcus & Millichap, Ferber gained national recognition for his rapid trajectory to becoming the top multifamily broker in Hudson County in only a few years. Ferber joins Matthews™ to further grow and enhance his business portfolio while actively recruiting and hiring agents to join the New Jersey office.
