Holey Moley Coming to Downtown Santa Monica

 

Santa Monica, CA —Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, a commercial real estate investment services and technology firm, completed the lease of 1315 3rd Street Promenade, Santa Monica, CA. The 14,000 square-foot space was leased by Holey Moley, a mini golf and restaurant concept from the Australian-based entertainment brand Funlab. The company currently has four locations in the U.S., including San Francisco, Houston, Austin, and Denver. Holey Moley Santa Monica is set to open by year-end.

Matthews™ is the exclusive leasing representative for 1315 3rd Street Promenade. The property, located on the iconic 3rd Street Promenade, stands five stories tall and is approximately 28,393 square feet.

 

“We are actively seeking tenants to join Holey Moley at the 1315 3rd Street Promenade,” Pakravan said. “Holey Moley leased a portion of the first floor, as well as the entire second and third floors. We are seeking restaurants as well as other entertainment concepts to complement Holey Moley and fill the remaining available space in the building.”
