IOS Sale in Texas

 

Garland, TX —  Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, a commercial real estate investment services and technology firm, announced the sale of 2660 Market Street, an institutional-grade industrial outdoor storage (IOS) property in Garland, TX. The buyer, Alterra IOS, swiftly secured the property after raising a $925,000,000 fund earlier this year with the goal of building the fund with IOS assets just like 2660 Market Street.
