The car wash assets are located at 8714 Marbach Road and 10779 Potranco Road. The self-storage property is located at 8708 Marbach Road. The seller was looking to exit an operational role and achieved top-of-market pricing for two self-service car washes operating as Crystal Clean Car Wash and an approximately 34,000-square-foot self-storage asset. The efficient process and swift closure met the seller’s objectives.

The buyer sought to grow by entering a new market and diversifying their operations. They plan to continue operating the car wash and self-storage properties for the foreseeable future.
