Company Hires 20-Year Veteran as Mixed-Use Specialist in Northern New Jersey

Patrick specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily and mixed-use properties, along with land for development across Northern New Jersey and the Northern Suburbs of New York City.

 

For over 20 years, Patrick has focused on investment property sales in Northern New Jersey, specifically in Hudson County. Before joining Matthews™, Patrick founded and oversaw Equity Reality Services for 10+ years. Patrick started his career in real estate at Marcus & Millichap. Throughout his career, Patrick has represented clients in hundreds of transactions, approaching $1 billion in total sales. His localized market knowledge and tenure in the industry will be a driving force for Matthews™ as they continue to build their presence on the East Coast.
