Nashville, TN — Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, a commercial real estate investment services and technology firm, reported an increase in transaction activity in Q3 2024. Since its founding, the national brokerage has completed $61.86 billion in sales and 23,622 transactions.

Although the commercial real estate industry continues to see a downturn in transaction velocity, recording a 15% year-over-year decrease according to Real Capital Analytics, Matthews™ saw an uptick in transaction activity, recording a 30% year-over-year increase in the number of transactions.
