IOS List Rankings

 

DALLAS Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, a commercial real estate investment services and technology firm, announced VP and Associate Director Harrison Auerbach and Senior Associate Andrew Wiesemann were recently ranked as top industrial outdoor storage(IOS) sales and leasing agents by IOS List. This ranking included agents nationwide and was based on the agents’ market coverage and the number of IOS leases in the previous fiscal year.

 

Auerbach was recognized      as a top sales agent, covering the Southeast market. Wiesemann was recognized as a top sales and leasing agent, covering the national market. In addition to this honor, Wiesemann was selected to be on the advisory board for the inaugural Industrial Outdoor Storage Forum in Long Beach, CA, on September 5, 2024. The event will connect professionals from across the industry and hear from industry leaders on the market’s most prevalent topics.
