As an agent, he was viewed as an authority in the field of private client capital transactions, as well as the top performer industry-wide in both the shopping center and net leased transactions. Kyle has an extensive list of notable clients including most of the largest global institutional real estate companies, in addition to U.S.-based publicly-traded REITs, private equity funds, development companies, and high net-worth private family office. He has also served in the role as team lead for some of the most complicated transactions across multiple product types including multifamily, retail, industrial and net lease. His vast experience and list of industry relationships has made him the leader in the industry. As of Q4 2019, the aggregate value of the closings Kyle has been involved in was approximately $8.8 billion and over 3,100 properties.
