Industry Veteran Ron Davis has joined the Matthews™ Capital Markets Division

 

Dallas, TX – Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, a commercial real estate investment services and technology firm, continues to develop its capital markets division by hiring industry veteran Ron Davis as First Vice President. Davis will be based in Dallas, working under Matthews™ Capital Markets (MCM) to provide extensive debt and equity expertise and client services.

 

Starting his career as an appraiser, Ron holds over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate financing sector, working in HUD lending, mortgage banking, development, and valuation. He has held positions at one of the largest financial intermediaries in the nation, actively placing capital across different markets. Most recently, he served as the vice president of finance for a Dallas-based international development firm, where he secured financing for all company projects. Throughout his career, Ron has placed over $2 billion in loans for various product types, including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, healthcare, and hospitality.
