The role of the Property Marketing Coordinator is to support the Property Marketing team with various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication, organizational skills, and a passion for marketing.

This role will be based in the Scottsdale, AZ office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal and external vendors to facilitate marketing projects
  • Prepare marketing materials for vendors in a swift manner
  • Assist with budget management, including tracking expenses and processing invoices
  • Track project timelines and deliverables, communicating status updates with agents
  • Analyze data and provide insights to marketing team to improve effectiveness
  • Communicate frequently with finance team to ensure daily activities are falling within budget

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
