Property Marketing Coordinator (PHX)
The role of the Property Marketing Coordinator is to support the Property Marketing team with various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication, organizational skills, and a passion for marketing.
This role will be based in the Scottsdale, AZ office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal and external vendors to facilitate marketing projects
- Prepare marketing materials for vendors in a swift manner
- Assist with budget management, including tracking expenses and processing invoices
- Track project timelines and deliverables, communicating status updates with agents
- Analyze data and provide insights to marketing team to improve effectiveness
- Communicate frequently with finance team to ensure daily activities are falling within budget
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
