The Project Manager is responsible for executing technical and non-technical projects across the organization. You will be working closely with internal teams, vendors and users to define scope, manage execution and provide post-launch support. This is a highly visible role, managing key company initiatives sponsored by C-suite stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, candidate will need a proven track record managing and delivering projects on schedule and within budget. Candidate also needs to be highly motivated, analytical, detail oriented, have excellent communication skills and experience with applying agile and design thinking methodologies.


  • Manage the execution of projects to ensure that they are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
  • Work with SMEs, end users and other stakeholders to create user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Coordinate external and internal resources across multiple disciplines
  • Develop project plans and KPIs to track project progress
  • Provide project updates to key stakeholders including C-suite and senior managers
  • Apply risk mitigation techniques to minimize project risks and ensure delivery
  • Implement and drive adoption of new technology
  • Manage contract and relationship with vendors
  • Create project documentation and training material


  • BA/BS degree required, in a related field such as engineering, business, real estate or finance
  • Proven working experience managing technical and non-technical projects in a fast paced, high profile environment
  • Comfortable with Agile development
  • Strong technical background, with hands-on experience in software development, CRM and web technologies
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Ability to think analytically and solve complex problems
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a self-starter
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong working knowledge of project management software, including Jira
  • Proficiency in industry standard programming languages and frameworks is a plus
