The objective of the Marketing Research Coordinator is to support the day-to-day property marketing operations by researching and curating detailed market overview pieces for marketing materials. This individual will be responsible for ensuring all content is accurate and relevant to the marketing piece. This role will allow for ongoing collaboration with other departments to create the best marketing services for our clients.

In-office position in Scottsdale, AZ.

Responsibilities:

  • Track local, regional, and national activity including demographics, market trends, economic drivers, and employment statistics that affect the local real estate market
  • Write market and demographic overviews for commercial real estate marketing packages and align copy with respective selling goals and audiences
  • Collaborate with members of other marketing teams to ensure research is up to date and accurate

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Marketing, Journalism, Economics, Communications or related field
  • 1+ years of equivalent, relevant work experience

Preferred Requirements:

  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple concurrent projects alone or within collaborative teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Experience with Excel, CoStar, and FRED
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a diligent eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar
  • Excellent business writing
