We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager who will lead our digital marketing operations and guide the digital marketing specialists in maximizing Matthews online presence. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully implementing marketing automation and digital performance improvement. You can execute multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously, thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and apply a positive, hard-working attitude to your professional endeavors.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage Hubspot platform and integration with other platforms
  • Develop and implement marketing automation best practices – lead scoring, segmentation and nurture campaigns
  • Manage compliance and data privacy regulations
  • A/B test emails, forms and landing pages and analyze performance
  • Create Hubspot reports and dashboards and provide suggestions for performance improvement

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of relevant digital marketing experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment with rapidly changing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service skills to our internal clients
  • Mastery of HubSpot, Marketo, or transferable platform
