Prior to Matthews™, Zac was an asset manager at CoStar Group. During his tenure at CoStar, Zac was a top-performing asset manager, handling over $1 billion in assets. In addition, he prepared over 150 deals to go to auction. Before CoStar, Zac was a multifamily specialist, focusing on 1031 exchange strategies. Zac also played baseball at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and is an avid Dodger fan.
