Tim VanWingerden serves as Associate Vice President at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™. Tim is an industry veteran and specializes in Midwest multifamily, specifically central Kentucky and southern Indiana markets. Tim identifies unique opportunities to provide his clients with value at every stage in the investment cycle. In 2022 alone, Tim generated a sales volume of over $60 million. He was awarded a Sales Recognition Award in 2022 from his personal record-breaking year in the industry. In a changing market, he utilizes Matthews™ industry-leading technology, apartment valuation and analysis, and escrow management from contract negotiations to close.

Prior to Matthews™, Tim represented $132.9 million in multifamily sales during his first two years at Marcus & Millichap. He partnered with the Andrews Dickman team who closed over $1 billion in multifamily sales across 15,000 units. Before working with Marcus & Millichap, Tim was a procurement manager at his family’s business, the 8th largest industrial greenhouse in the U.S.
