His ultimate goal is the satisfaction of the client, which he achieves by generating viable solutions for a tactical execution, which streamlines the transaction process and increases value for his clients. Over the course of his partnership with Kyle Stonis, Pierce has completed over $3 billion in transactions.

Prior to Matthews™, worked as a retail investment sales broker for SRS Real Estate Partners and co-led Southeast Investment Properties as managing principal, based out of SRS’ Atlanta office. Pierce also worked with Newmark Knight Frank’s Southeast Capital Group. As director, he served as an integral part of the successful completion of myriad anchored shopping center transactions across seven different states. Pierce also spent five years at Lavista Associates, Inc. completing transactions involving retail, office and industrial product in Atlanta. While at Lavista, he also served on teams representing the purchaser in over $50 million worth of land transactions, including the site for the corporate headquarters of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.
