Patrick Forde serves as Executive Vice President of Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™ specializing in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily and mixed-use properties across Northern New Jersey. For over 20 years, Patrick has focused on investment property sales in Northern New Jersey, specifically in Hudson County. He has represented clients in hundreds of transactions, approaching $1 billion in total sales. Patrick’s familiarity with Northern New Jersey real estate and experience in the industry is an asset to Matthews™ and his clients.

Patrick previously founded and oversaw Equity Reality Services for over 10 years as the Executive Vice President before joining Matthews™. He served an extensive range of clients such as private, institutional, investors, and banks. Patrick began his career at Marcus & Millichap where he was a lender and received National Achievement Awards.
