Oliver utilizes Matthews™ technology, paired with his deep-rooted knowledge of trends in the market, to provide the highest level of service to all his clients. Oliver prides himself on forging long-lasting professional relationships based on trust and applying 110 percent to every transaction, making him an essential asset to all of the clients he works with. Prior to joining Matthews™, Oliver was an analyst at Vallas Realty Inc., where he learned the ins and outs of business and financial planning, giving him a better understanding of how tenants run and operate. Since joining Matthews™, Oliver has been directly involved in handling and negotiating over 100 lease and/or sales transactions totaling over 200,000 SF in space leased and roughly $35 million of total lease and sales volume.
