His experience and unrelenting work ethic have allowed Nathan to create value for his clients through executing 1031 exchanges, taking advantage of capitalization rate trends, and assisting in their portfolio acquisitions and dispositions. His expertise has allowed Nathan to capture a large portion of the Hardee’s/Carl’s Jr market share while creating unwavering support and value for his clients.
