Mike primarily focuses on industrial investment sales and leasing, along with land acquisition, development, and buildout for industrial owners and tenants. Based out of Jacksonville, Florida, Mike brings over 25 years of market knowledge and experience in transactional services of government-owned property. His outstanding level of customer service makes Mike stand out, as he prioritizes preserving his client’s wealth through their commercial real estate holdings. Mike utilizes Matthews™ technology to provide the highest level of execution to his clients.

Prior to Matthews™, Mike served as Director of Industrial Services with Franklin Street. He also worked as a commercial investment broker with Coldwell Banker Commercial in Street. Augustine, Florida. While serving in the Navy, Mike led the privatization of more than 5,000 military homes at NAS Jax, NS Mayport and NS Kings Bay. He was also instrumental in property acquisition, expansions, and modernization at bases across the Southeast that included acquiring more than 40,000 acres of government-owned property.
