Matt Fitzgerald is a Managing Director of the Central (Midwest/TX) Region for Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™. In his role, Matt oversees the company’s expansion and amplifies business development, implementing company-wide initiatives, collaborating to increase productivity, training and developing key Market Leaders within Matthews™, and executing local business plans to build its national strategic vision. Matt is a key player in expanding the company’s footprint as he delivers industry-leading support for agents throughout the company. Since joining Matthews™ in May of 2020 during the pandemic, Matt launched multiple office openings, including Chicago and Minneapolis, in 2022, along with growing several existing offices within the company. Matt takes a hands-on approach to building the brand, which can be seen by the time he has spent recruiting and training over 50 agents in multiple offices. He is a relentless worker committed to giving every task 100 percent effort, ensuring that his teammates constantly feel heard and supported.

Prior to joining Matthews™, Matt worked at two different brokerages, opening and operating various offices across the nation. His extensive experience in the industry has allowed him to become an expert in multiple markets, showcasing his ability to locate unique opportunities for growth.
