Marko Buljan serves as Associate Vice President – Shopping Centers of Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™. Bringing almost a decade of experience in the industry, Marko advises his clients on buying, selling, and leasing multi-tenant retail and shopping centers throughout California and the United States. His clients include real estate investors, developers, and companies whom he helps generate and preserve wealth through thoughtful and calculated commercial real estate investments. His hands-on approach and attention to detail ensure that all his projects create lasting impacts for investors, tenants, and community members.

Prior to Matthews™, Marko worked for TayCon Real Estate in Los Altos, California. At TayCon Real Estate, Marko built up his real estate portfolio, working with clients to ensure they made the best real estate investments with careful underwriting and negotiating of real estate deals. In 2022, Marko sold $36 million of shopping center assets for landlord representation. He was part of major tenant representation deals such as leasing 12,000 square feet to ReCarbon in Fremont, California. He has also done previous deals leasing with national tenants such as T-Mobile, AT&T, Starbucks, Chase Bank, Wells Fargo, US Bank, Anderson Bakery, Nob Hill Foods, Safeway, and CVS. He also previously worked for Sequoia Realty Services and Marcus & Millichap.
