As Vice President of Operations at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, Julia Leonard is responsible for evaluating and managing functions necessary for sales productivity. In her role, Julia oversees sales operations, data services, loan processing, and underwriting. In addition to managing these Matthews™ teams, Julia participates in developing technology that streamlines internal processes and promotes more efficient deal management across the business. Transaction support and streamlined technology both play a critical role in agent recruitment and retention.

Joining Matthews™ from CBRE, Julia began her career on the sales operations side of the business, focused on client services and transaction management for investment sales and leasing. Julia has gone from Sales Operations Manager to Director to Vice President, which can be attributed to her ability to conduct strategic initiatives, develop teams, implement processes, and showcase the company’s top-tier resources and tools to reduce workload and increase profit.
