Jesse Lillard stands as Associate Vice President at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, specializing in business development for the single tenant net lease retail division.

Jesse has an extensive track record that includes multifamily, retail, owner/user, office, retail, construction, and industrial asset transactions. Through his comprehensive knowledge of trends in the industry, Jesse understands the dynamic changes occurring in the retail landscape. Jesse has ambition and passion for providing clients with top-tier support and guidance, which makes him an asset in the field.

Prior to his current role, Jesse was a Vice President with the Debt & Structured Finance group of CBRE’s Capital Markets division. He originated acquisition and recapitalization financing for small to mid-market commercial real estate. Jesse also worked for Barrington Capital, a national debt brokerage firm that was acquired by Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™. In the previous role, Jesse oversaw financing for the Matthews™ Investment Sales platform and formed partnerships with lenders across the county.
