Previously, Jermaine worked as a Director at B6 Real Estate Advisors, where he furthered his extensive background in real estate. In these roles, he focused on the sale of multifamily, mixed-use, and office buildings in both Manhattan and Brooklyn. Jermaine graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, where he was also the captain of the Lehigh University Division I Varsity Football team.
