In total, Jermaine has successfully facilitated the sale of commercial real estate properties worth over $250 million. Previously, Jermaine worked as a Director at B6 Real Estate Advisors, where he furthered his extensive background in real estate. In addition, Jermaine worked as an Associate at prominent Manhattan-based real estate firms, Eastern Consolidate and GFI Realty Services. In these roles, he focused on the sale of multifamily, mixed-use, and office buildings in both Manhattan and Brooklyn. Noteworthy achievements include orchestrating the $37 million acquisition of two Manhattan office buildings, demonstrating his capacity to handle high-value transactions.

Jermaine graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, where he was also the captain of the Lehigh University Division I Varsity Football team. Jermaine is currently an active member of the Delbarton CRE Network and the Lehigh University Alumni in Real Estate fellowship.
