Throughout his six years in the industry, Jake has been involved in over $500 million self-storage transactions. With a relationship centric approach, Jake utilizes his proficiency in property evaluation, abundance of deal and negotiation experience, as well as his wealth of market knowledge to help his clients achieve their goals.

Prior to his time at Matthews™, Jake served as vice president investments and self-storage division director in Marcus & Millichap’s Birmingham office. At Marcus & Millichap, Jake received multiple sales recognition awards. He was also awarded a Birmingham Business Journal’s NextGen recognition, acknowledging up-and-comers in the industry.
