Following this role, Jacob served as an investment sales broker for Marcus and Millichap, where he completed over $90 million in sales in four years. He gained a unique perspective through his experiences working with developers, institutions, family offices, physician groups, and private client investors. From this experience, he has come to appreciate the importance of blending quantitative analysis and market trends to help sellers and buyers make sound decisions. When decision-making blends analysis and seasoned judgement, optimal conclusions are reached for both sides.
