Hunter Lambert serves as an Associate with Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, specializing in retail leasing, representing property owners, and advising clients in the acquisition and disposition of multi-tenant retail properties. From private capital to institutional clients, Lambert represents a wide assortment of property types, including shopping centers, high-street retail, and ground-up construction projects. Having spent his summers in Manhattan Beach and residing in the South Bay area for nearly a decade, Hunter brings a deep understanding of the local market. Leveraging his extensive expertise, he builds strong relationships with private clients, tenants, developers, private equity firms, and REITs. Hunter is committed to delivering exceptional client satisfaction through his dedication, professionalism, and unwavering work ethic.

Prior to joining Matthews™, Hunter’s appreciation for attention to detail, tailored advising, and relationship-building grew during his time as a senior sales consultant with a leading spinal orthopedics medical group in Los Angeles and Palo Alto, for which he worked directly with surgeons at Stanford Medical Center and Cedars-Sinai. Additionally, Hunter worked at Marcus and Millichap as a retail investment sales specialist. His philanthropic efforts include serving the Big Brothers, Big Sisters organization, as well as the American Cancer Society.
