Based in Atlanta, GA, Emily Miller is a leading agent within the Matthews™ Leasing Division in the Southeast, focusing on tenant representation throughout Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi and the Florida Panhandle. She works with a variety of tenants, corporate and franchise, as well as developers, in site selection and land disposition, using her market knowledge to maximize value for her clients.
Emily began her career in commercial real estate as a marketing analyst and assistant property manager of grocery anchor centers for a family office based in Mobile, AL. She went on to become First Vice President at JLL, where she was responsible for over 6+ million square feet of shopping center space, as well as site selection for many national tenants throughout the Southeast during her tenure there.
While at JLL, Emily was awarded the Rising Star Award for Retail and was a Co-Star Power Broker for leasing in 2020 and 2021. Her adeptness in site selection and land development led her to a site selection role with a regional development company, based in Daphne, AL. There she transitioned into the role of Asset Manager, where she oversaw the acquisition, disposition of surplus land, and transfer of real estate assets across 13 states.
Emily graduated from Sewanee: The University of the South where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, with a concentration in International Politics. She is currently a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a CCIM Designee.
