Her extensive experience, primarily in shopping centers, gives her the unique opportunity to guide, develop, and train agents entering the industry. As an Associate Market Leader, Devon recruits and mentors agents in the Fort Lauderdale office, giving them comprehensive knowledge of the ins and outs of the industry. She oversees daily operations in her office, implementing an open-door policy and consistent communication to stay on top of all transactions. Devon has been with Matthews™ since 2015 when she began her career as a shopping center agent. Her hard work, stellar communicative skills, commitment to her clients, and resilience throughout the transactional process make her a well-trusted leader in the Fort Lauderdale office.

Devon has business experience working at Jones Lang LaSalle as a Capital Markets Associate, leading financial modeling, due diligence, and transactions. Additionally, she executed business decisions and capital structures for borrowers and lenders. When she joined Matthews™, prior to becoming a Director, Devon closed over 40 transactions in excess of $1 billion as a Capital Markets Associate.
