Before joining Matthews™, Cole gained extensive experience in the automotive industry. At General Motors, he worked as an end-of-line manufacturing engineer, where he completed a thesis focused on improving the effectiveness and lifespan of key hardware components for assembly verification systems across GM’s North American plants. He also held engineering roles at FEV North America and BorgWarner North America Inc. Cole’s unique blend of engineering expertise and industry insight allows him to effectively guide clients through multifamily investment opportunities in the Florida market.
