Brian Streilein stands as Market Leader for the Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™ Austin, Texas office location. As the company expands its footprint, Brian’s focus is to increase the Austin office’s market share. Brian’s leadership experience and broad industry knowledge create a competitive advantage for recruiting top talent in the area and overseeing day-to-day responsibilities in the office.

Prior to Matthews™, Brian worked in a managerial role at Sands Investment Group in Austin, Texas. His primary job was to streamline a team model and grow the office agent count. Specifically during his time at SIG, Brian worked towards his successful recruitment efforts of growing the office by over 57 percent. Brian also has experience working directly in investment sales, specifically in the outer boroughs of New York City. He worked for Massey Knakal, Cushman & Wakefield, and JLL.
