Bill Pedersen is a Managing Director of the East Region for Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™. In his role, Bill oversees the company’s expansion and amplifies business development, implementing company-wide initiatives, collaborating to increase productivity, training and developing key Market Leaders within Matthews™, and executing local business plans to build Matthews™’ national strategic vision. Bill is a key player in expanding the company’s footprint as he delivers industry-leading support for agents throughout the company helping Matthews™ grow at its industry-leading pace.

Additionally, Bill serves as the National Director of the Single Tenant Net Lease division, in which he is responsible for the growth, expansion, deployment, and overall presence of the division.

Prior to his Managing Director Role, Bill Pedersen was the Market Leader of the Orange County, CA office, leading it to be the company’s largest office, as well as the top producing office in 2019 and 2022. In his time as Market Leader, Bill hired and mentored over 75 professionals and orchestrated the establishment of leasing, multifamily, and self-storage divisions in the Orange County office.

Prior to transitioning into a leadership role at Matthews, Bill was one of the most active and reputable agents in the industry. Bill has extensive experience in single tenant net lease properties, primarily drugstores nationwide, contributing to his unmatched expertise and insight toward fulfilling his client’s objectives. Throughout his career, he has transacted 65 drugstores and an overall sales volume of nearly $800M. Notable record-breaking transactions of Bill’s include Beverly Hills BMW, Santa Monica Mini Storage, The Village of Mammoth, and Mariano’s in Bannockburn, IL.
