Aria Pournazarian is a real estate professional, serving as Associate Vice President of Corporate Advisory Services at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™. Aria specializes in structuring sale-leaseback transactions and providing strategic counsel on real estate portfolio management across the country, collaborating closely with private equity firms, publicly traded, and family/founder-owned companies in the lower middle market. He also works alongside Investment bankers and other industry experts in advising clients on their real estate holdings during complex M&A transactions for both buy-side and sell-side transactions. His expertise lies in thinking outside the box and structuring processes focused on maximizing results for the client. Beyond his professional achievements, Aria possesses a creative and forward-thinking mindset, which has allowed him to cultivate lasting relationships with clients and partners alike. He is a skilled communicator and conveys complex concepts with clarity.

Prior to Matthews™, Aria worked for another brokerage firm focusing on corporate real estate advisory and brokerage services assisting businesses to evaluate leaseback for growth and acquisition financing. Aria also worked as a Senior Investment Associate at Marcus & Millichap. During his time there, he honed his skills in sell-side advisory, providing clients with a process-driven, principal-style approach to brokerage in both single-tenant and multi-tenant retail properties.
