Matthews™ brokered the sale of a 488,000 square foot single tenant industrial property, located at 110 East Jones Road, Fostoria, OH. The property is currently occupied by the global consumer brand, Arm & Hammer. The transaction closed above the final list price at $14,536,000 and was brokered by First Vice President and Senior Director Alexander Harrold.

Matthews™ completed the sale of a single-tenant office building located at 2868 Elm Hill Pike, Nashville, TN. The property is currently leased by the United States of America, which is utilizing the space as an FBI facility. The transaction closed at $8,680,000 and was brokered by First Vice President and Senior Director Alexander Harrold.

Matthews™ completed the sale of two Kum & Go properties located in Conway, Arkansas, and Thornton, Colorado. Matthews™ Associate Preston Schwartz, Senior Associate Kevin Puder, and Executive Vice President Chad Kurz completed the sale.

Matthews™ completed the acquisition of four separate car wash properties in Lexington, South Carolina. The transaction included an all-cash offer and a 35-day close.

Matthews™ brokered the sale of a Beacon Roofing Supply property, located at 2200 Cook Drive Northwest, Atlanta, GA. The transaction sold for one of the highest prices per square foot for an industrial property in the Atlanta submarket, in addition to setting a cap rate record for a Beacon Roofing Supply location with three years or less on the lease term. Associate Vice President Harrison Auerbach handled the transaction.

Matthews™ completed the sale of 1500 Champa Street, a three-story, 138,000 square foot building in Denver, CO. The property functions as one of the most highly interconnected data centers in the Western United States. The transaction was handled by Associate Fred Mobley, Associate Charles Borges, and Market Leader Andrew Gross.
