Matthews™ brokered the sale of 5780 Canoga Avenue, Woodland Hills, CA, a retail property that included tenants such as Baja Fresh, Salad Farm, The Stand, etc. The off-market deal closed at $9,000,000 and was handled by Associate Kyle Pari and First Vice President and National Director Michael Pakravan.

Matthews™ brokered the sale of Shaw West Center, a shopping center located at 2047-2097 W Shaw Ave, Fresno, CA. The transaction closed at $11,068,000 and was handled by Senior Associate Nabil Awada.

Matthews™ brokered the sale of Gateway Village, mixed-use multifamily and retail development located at 820 N Thompson Ln, Murfreesboro, TN. The sale closed at $18,614,050 and included financing from Matthews™ Capital Market Division. Associate Tripp Brown and Vice President and Regional Director Johnny Blue Craig handled the transaction. First Vice President Chad Plumly of Matthews™ Capital Markets handled the financing.

Matthews™ closed the sale of a DaVita Kidney Care Dialysis facility, located at 2703 S Towne Ave, Pomona, CA. DaVita Kidney Care is a leading provider of dialysis and kidney health services. Competing against several other brokerages, Matthews™ won the business and closed at $7,730,000. Associate Daniel Solomon and Vice President and Senior Directors Rahul Chhajed and Michael Moreno handled the transaction.

Matthews™ completed the sale of Tuscania Apartment Homes, a 35-unit multifamily building located at 248 South Hemlock Street, Ventura, CA. Built in 1965, and positioned minutes away from Downtown Ventura and Ventura beach, the property offers both one and two-bedroom units, with select units offering ocean views. The deal closed at $10,100,000, 10 percent above the final list price. Senior Vice President Daniel Withers, Executive Vice President and Managing Director David Harrington, Senior Associate John Boyett handled the transaction.
