Located in a growing market, the portfolio is anchored by Metrolina Nephrology, Fresenius, and Azura (Fresenius’ surgery center company).  The process involved Metrolina Nephrology as the seller, with a few selling physicians reinvesting their proceeds with the buyer, Hammes Partners.
