He specializes in single-tenant net lease, industrial outdoor storage (IOS), and logistics assets, with a transaction volume surpassing $500 million. Mike is widely recognized for his deep market insight, precise execution, and expertise in both traditional industrial assets and the rapidly evolving outdoor storage sector.
Mike brings a facilities engineering background and deep expertise in industrial building systems to his role as a broker. He represents owners, investors, and occupiers across North Florida, delivering strategic leasing, acquisition, and disposition solutions. His blend of technical knowledge and market insight helps clients maximize the value of their industrial facilities.
Mike previously served as Director of Industrial Services at Franklin Street. He brings over two decades of federal service, including 17 years on active duty in the U.S. Navy and five years with the USDA as a lease contracting officer.
